What We Think

(10/2023) A rare direct cellar release from Kermit Lynch imported Comtesse de Cherissey, a grower that, from our perspective, is making Meursault wines as exciting as anything happening in Roulot or Jobard's cellar. This, from a monopole site in Blagny and drinkable now from a 12-year-old harvest - honeyed, perfumed, exotic, sea spray, seriously rich in the mouth, decadent, with high acid mouth drooling nerviness. It's so fun to drink a wine at this level that has been aged for you already. Incredible.
