Vin Chicago: 92 Points

(9/2026) We sold out of our small allocation of the 2022 vintage of this wine quickly, and we jumped at the chance to try the newly arrived 2023 vintage. Just as good as the 2022, this wine is a testament to the Bouchard brothers' winemaking skills. This is a 100% no sulfur wine, though you'd never guess as it just tastes like masterfully made Chablis. This cuvée always has a bit more acid and zip than their other wines, but there's also a fleshiness to the fruit to balance it out. Ultra refreshing and delicious!
