The Touraize Crémant du Jura is a pretty sparkling wine with light, yet persistent bubbles. Long lees aging and manual riddling contributes to a creamy and textural palate. Typical Chardonnay notes of apple are present along with some salinity. Aging is in one year in old tonneaux, then 30 months sur latte before disgorgement with zero dosage.
