Domaine des Ardoisières is one of our favorite producers in Savoie, and we instantly fell in love with this brand new cuvée. 100% Roussanne, this wine evolves constantly in the glass with notes of white peach, white flowers, nori, pear, wood smoke, and a hint of pine. Thought-provoking and delicious!
