What Critics Think
James Suckling : 95 Points
(3/14/2025) A deep, serious and structured wine that’s quietly powerful and age-worthy at a reasonable price. Tightly woven tannins, black fruit, bracing acidity and an elegant mouthfeel. Reserved in a good way, it is drinkable now but best from 2028.
Wine Spectator : 93 Points
(6/30/2025) Well-sculpted and elegantly dynamic, with lilting raspberry and pomegranate flavors laced with green tea, rose petal and savory spice accents. Ends with fine-grained tannins. Drink now through 2033. 14,449 cases made.
Owen Bargreen : 93 Points
(9/10/2025) The 2023 ‘Dundee Hills’ is entirely sourced from the estate vineyard. The wine was stored in roughly 25% new French oak and was not whole cluster fermented. Tart red fruits combine with shades of rocky soils and shades of bergamot on the nose. The palate has refined tannins with good flavor density. Drink 2025-2035.
