Using 100% Clairette, this textural and savory wine leads with an ethereal personality - one that asks questions, rather than shouts answers. Beguiling notes include chamomile, quince, dried florals, dried pear, saffron, white tea, white pepper. This medium-to-full bodied white has its sense of energy coming from an inner vitality and enlivening mouthfeel. Serve no cooler than cellar temperatures to pair with seared scallops.
