(5/2025) Imported by Soavio Soares, this gorgeous Sancerre Rosé comes from 2.5ha of organically farmed estate vineyards planted to Pinot Noir in limestone and flint soils. It is, quite simply, an exceptional value in the category of Sancerre and we absolutely fell hard for it! Fermented and briefly aged in stainless steel tanks, this clean and pure pink is loaded with beautiful notes of candied strawberry and cherry with an all-out citrus explosion on the long, refreshing finish. This is one to stock up on and keep a bottle in the fridge ready to go at a moment's notice. While food pairing options are nearly endless, try it with a light salad tossed with strawberries and topped with grilled salmon.
