Vin Chicago: 92 Points

(10/2026) Pascal Théreau only has a few vintages under his belt at Domaine La Patelle, but we have been VERY impressed with what we've tried! The Chardonnay for this cuvée comes from the famed Tourillons vineyard in Arbois. This wine is slightly more reductive than the 'Coup de Feu' and is aged for 2 years in old oak barrels. The nose is complex, with notes of orchard fruits, mango, lemon, and a hint of cookie dough.
