Uniquely produced from Pinot Meunier, as per our single-varietal tradition, this rosé combines roundness, freshness and length. 15 to 25% red wine from old vines, aged in barrels, are used to obtain this cuvée. Aged on less for 3 to 5 years 15% in barrels and 85% in stainless steel.
