Grown in Alsace and Germany, and to a lesser extent in Austria and Switzerland, this relatively unknown white grape is capable of greatness, especially in the hands of Sébastien Mann and his small family owned Alsatian winery. Sourced from three different vineyards, with an average age of 55+ years, farmed organically and biodynamically, this dry, mineral driven white is packed with material, subtly giving orchard, citrus and white flower tones, finishing with length and lift.
