(3/31/2026) A dark, creamy, meaty style, with an attractive mix of bacon lard, black currant reduction, mocha and saline-streaked forest floor. Shows good energy, complexity and poise, with succulent acidity powering through. Sandalwood smoke wafts through the structured finish, held bolt upright with a ballast of smoking iron.
