(4/2025) Christian and Patricia Pêcheur organically farm 8 hectares in the Jura, including a small bit in the Grand Cru of Château-Chalon. As its name suggests, this exciting red blends three Jura grapes - Poulsard, Pinot Noir, and Trousseau. Light in color and on its feet, this charming red gives a silky texture and natural energy. It has a lifted palate and a pleasing collection of fresh red fruits, minerality, florals, and overall wonderfulness. An artisan wine!
