(10/2026) This is an ultra-cool, ultra-rare bottling (under 3000 bottles in the years it's even produced) from Drappier. 'Quattuor' is Latin for four, and the name refers to the blend in the Champagne - it uses equal parts of all four white Champagne varietals: Chardonnay, Petit Meslier, Arbanne, and Pinot Blanc. The nose and palate are complex, with each sniff and sip revealing extra layers of depth - white flowers, hints of allspice, green apple, fig leaf to name a few. This wine presents a very rare opportunity to sample some of the forgotten grapes of Champagne!
