(7/3/2023) Such a mineral nose full of flinty minerals, crushed stones with a hint of blanched almonds and grilled herbs. It’s pure and medium-bodied on the palate with a medium acidity and a lengthy, mineral finish. Phenolic end with a fine bitter end. Serious pinot grigio. Drink now.
