(2/2025) Beyer's 'Tradition' Gewurztraminer is a benchmark for classic Alsatian Gewurztraminer, which is not a surprise considering the family has been making wine in the region since 1580! Christian Beyer converted the Domaine to organic in 2005, with certification in 2014, and has moved to biodynamic viticulture since 2016. 'Tradition' is a luscious yet not overbearing Gewurztraminer with lovely notes of lychee, peach, pineapple, and honey underpinning herbaceousness and spiciness.
