What We Think

(3/2026) We want to drink this scrumptious field blend of both red and white grapes from the Ricetti Vineyard in Redwood Valley all spring and summer long! This wine is a blend of two pickings and fermentations, the first for the earlier ripening varieties that contribute color and tannin and the second, partially carbonic fermentation for lighter, brighter fruity notes. Put a slight chill on this one and enjoy!
