(8/15/2024) The pale gold-hued 2023 White checks in as a mix of 51% Grenache Blanc, 40% Viognier, and 9% Roussanne, brought up in a mix of French oak (barrels and foudre, 10% new) and concrete eggs. It has a crisp citrus blossom, lime zest, and white flower-driven perfume and is medium-bodied, clean, crisp, and refreshing on the palate. I love its overall purity, and it's going to be about as versatile on the dinner table as they come.

(9/19/2024) A blend of 51% Grenache Blanc, 40% Viognier and 9% Roussanne from the Catapult and Paderewski Vineyards, the 2023 Epoch White leads with a rich, ripe nose of stone and orchard fruits accented with floral touches and exotic spices. The palate is similarly rich and textural before giving way to an herbal, perfumed finish that balances its ripeness admirably with focused, clean acidity. Drink Date: 2025 - 2030.

(6/2024) The 2023 White shimmers white gold with a lime tinge in the glass. It's vibrant and wickedly fresh, with citrus zest and crushed green apples enriched by raw almonds. This opens with a reverbaration of tension as juicy acidity combines with sour melon and spice. Long and potent, yet clean, the 2023 finishes youthfully tense, literally calling the taster back to the glass. This is not to be missed. Drinking Window: 2024 - 2032.
