A 100% Nebbiolo is crafted with the same winemaking style found in Champagne. Dry, savory, frothy - a wonderful wine to sit and sip, but its super-power is how food-friendly it is. Raspberry, white cherry, spice, pumpernickel and a whisper of tannin reminds you of its varietal origin. We love it!
