(2/11/2026) The latest edition of the Ettore Germano Rosanna stuns with finesse, fragrance and energy. Made entirely with Nebbiolo, the nose offers lovely aromas of Spanish broom, mountain herb, citrus and small red berry. Sleek and savory, the dry, vibrant palate delivers succulent strawberry, pomegranate, orange zest and brioche before closing on white pepper and a saline note. Bright acidity keeps it balanced while a silky perlage lends an irresistibly smooth texture. This is consistently one of my go-to sparklers. Drink through 2032.
