(5/2025) Clasically bred with an invigorating sweet and sour personality this Super Tuscan is brimming with steeped plum, dried cherry, spice, leather, sun-dried tomato with a subtle sweetness from the barrel. Tastes exactly of what it is: top-vintage Tuscan blend of Sangiovese with a bit of Merlot, aged for 18 months in French oak barriques. Drinking perfectly now - and above its price level, this is for Ossobuco or even bigger red meat dishes.
