(5/2025) This generous and tasty Gru-V presents itself as an 'orange wine' due to some pre-fermentation extended skin contact, but you will see in the glass that it's closer to a typical Gruner with the volume turned up. Aged for a quick 4 months in stainless steel, then bottled under screw cap in 1-Liters, this delicious and oh-so-easy to drink wine features a soft mouthfeel with citrus dominated flavors of orange peel and orange blossoms, plus a fun dash of minerality. Chill it, pour it, gulp it!
