Winemaker's Notes
From vineyards planted in the early 1960's not far from the town of Empoli, between Florence and Pisa. For three months after the harvest, bunches are left to dry for three months before crushing. The wine matures slowly in small barrels for three years. A golden yellow color with immediate nose of dried apricot and almonds. The honey-tinged palate flows through with good structure and length. Serve at cellar temperature.
