(5/2025) Contrary to much of the 'white rum' category that's oft devoid of character, "Probitas" is a masterful blend of un-aged Jamaican pot still rum from Hampden Estate, unaged Coffey still rum and two-year-aged pot still rum from Foursquare in Barbados. Bottled at 47% ABV, we believe it to be the BEST white rum on the market. A wonderful amalgam here of baked banana, pineapple, coconut, black pepper, vanilla, and subtle grassiness. With a long, dry, creamy, finish, this unique rum offers a sense of "aliveness" that is a journey away the norm. Offering complexity and texture that allows it to speak boldly in the best daiquiri or mojito you've ever had, this boundary-breaking white rum is a no-brainer.
