(9/2021) The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is a bold, juicy wine to drink now and over the next decade or so. Black cherry, mocha, new leather, licorice and bittersweet chocolate are all kicked up in this exuberant, flamboyant Cabernet. The 2019 is a superb edition for the Napa Valley bottling. (10/29/2021) The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot and 1% Merlot. Deep garnet-purple colored, it comes racing out of the glass with bold notes of warm cassis, cedar and mulberries, plus wafts of dried mint, tobacco and lavender. Medium to full-bodied, soft and juicy in the mouth, it is packed with bright fruit, finishing long and lifted. Drink Date: 2021 - 2035.
