Vin Chicago: 90 Points

(11/2024) The Vajra family can seemingly do no wrong at their famed Piedmont property. Best known for their Barolo bottlings, this innovative group gives us one of the best Dolcettos available, including this super yummy 2023 Alba effort. Red berries, hints of tobacco, herbs and grainy red earth, this juicy and drinkable now red is a bit deceptive, as it gets better on day day, revealing a rounder palate with a longer finish. Pasta or pizza please!
