Winemaker's Notes

Piquepoul blanc brings liveliness, mineral and energy to the blend; Chardonnay brings orange and lemon, honeysuckle and acacia notes. They are together a lovely blend that fills the senses. We love this wine as an aperitif with tapas, clams, oysters and all manner of freshly grilled fish, perhaps drizzled with some olive oil, salt and pepper.
