Classic Txakoli, this offers a twist of ripe fresh nectarine to its rocky minerality, crisp pear, ripe lime and trademark light effervesence. Refreshing as all get-out, this light-bodied, lightly sparkling, lower alcohol white wine is traditional yet very in-fashion!
