(8/2026) This absolutely delicious Champagne comes from Grand and 1er Cru villages around the Montagne de Reims and is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay in nearly equal parts. With 50% coming from the 2020 vintage and the remainder from 2018 and 2019, the juice in this bottle is very high quality. Aged for 42 months on the lees in a mix of used oak and stainless steel, the wine has notes of green and yellow apple, mint, lemon zest, white flowers, and a hint of brioche.
