(7/2025) Silvia Tezza at Il Roccolo di Monticelli has crafted a delicious red that shows off another side of traditional Valpolicella. The blend here is Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella Molinara and Oseleta, varietals that go into Valpolicella wines. However, she makes this wine from free run juice with a light hand to preserve freshness and softness. There's classic Venetian spice here mixed with notes of cherry and fall leaves. Put a light chill on this for maximum enjoyment!
