(1/2025) Lassalle is a classic Champagne that we love to drink - it tastes like a style from years gone by, and we love directing our customers to this bottling in particular. It is a blend of 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Noir from 50-year-old vines growing in limestone. This is rich and dense, with a yummy forwardness, white rock minerality, and a long, creamy, bubbly finish.
