Winemaker's Notes

Koronny – a typical dwójniak produced with equal parts honey and water with an admixture of fruit juices from lilac and chokeberry. Produced with a large addition of dark autumn honey. Matured by aging. Stored in glass bottles. Alcoholic content measures around 15%. Koronny stands out with its freshness and smoothness surrounded by the deep aroma of polish honey.
