Winemaker's Notes

Malinia – a fruity mead where minimum 30% of the water needed for production is replaced by raspberry juice. Created from the highest quality multiflower honey. Matured by aging. It is stored in both stoneware and glass bottles. Alcoholic content measures around 15%. It has an unusual concentration of aroma, although it is not overly fruity. Maliniak owes its delicious taste to the tannin and acid balance and a bit of honey bitterness.
