(4/2025) 'Eau Forte' (meaning Strong Water) is a wine Lapalu makes that is both easy drinking (the 'Eau' in the name) and persistent on the finish (the 'Forte' in the name). We just think of it as delicious, and it always seems to be a little fuller and richer than the name implies. There's an enticing chewiness in this Beaujolais that complements the classic Gamay profile.
