Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Jérôme Coessens’s Largillier monopole in Ville-sur-Arce, this cuvée comes from the Fruit and Flower subplots, combining the richer, clay-influenced structure of the vineyard with floral lift and limestone-driven freshness. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented separately by plot in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with malolactic fermentation and lees aging before the wines are blended, resulting in a Champagne that balances ripe red fruit, white floral aromatics and a distinctly mineral finish.
