(10/2026) Fans of Bierzo from Raul Perez, take note! This outstanding red from Bierzo blends about 85% Mencia with Trousseau, Godello and Paolomino from organically farmed vines planted to granite, quartz and slate soils.  Following fermentation, the wine is aged for one year in large foudre. Showcasing incredible aromatics, look for dark red fruits, deep earth,and a sprinkling of pepper and spices. if you like Cru Beaujolais, check this one out!
