(10/2024) This is a really fun wine! From the playful Hitchcockian label, to its zippy classic Mosel Riesling character inside the bottle, Max Kilburg delivers on the theme! 'Feinherb' has been allowed on German labels since 2000, and while not a legal term, it indicates a harmoniously off-dry wine - generally drier than typical for its Pradikat. With just a hint of sweetness and mouth watering acidity this is a great option for Sushi, Thai or spicy dishes.
