(7/1/2023) A blend of 80% Verdicchio and 20% Trebbiano, this organically farmed pet nat is loaded with aromas of pears, grilled lemon and dried flowers. It is hard to pull yourself away from smelling it to give it a sip. The palate is crisp and vibrant. A mineral and salty edge gives way to notes of almond, cider apples and honey, finishing with a bright kiss of acidity.
