(5/7/2026) Vinified entirely in stainless steel and without malolactic conversion, the 2025 Cenizas de Laberinto Sauvignon Blanc displays impressive depth, breadth and overall power, all of which is wrapped up in a degree of purity and laser-like focus that routinely makes it one of Chile's most compelling iterations of the grape. A subtle, waxy backdrop adds a bit of density to an overall sleek, linear profile, culminating in a stark, minimalist finish that lingers with mineral notes. Drink Date: 2026 - 2035.
