(12/15/2025) The NV Champagne Grand Cru Verzenay Cuvée 108 Extra Brut is 100% Pinot Noir from the base 2022 with 15% reserve wine. Aged in Burgundy barrels, with 4 grams per liter dosage, the color is a vibrant medium yellow. On the palate, it's round and smoky but pure, with a note of brioche. This is a gorgeous, ripe wine with a beautifully seamless texture and a layered profile. It's full-bodied and round, with fruit, kirsch, and delicate grapefruit closing the palate. It's long on the palate, open and ready to drink now, but can age without any problem over the next two decades. Drink 2025-2045.
