(9/2024) This incredible orange wine blends 40% Rolle (local dialect for Vermentino), 34% Sauvignon Blanc, and 26% Macabeu. The Maceration du Soula is exceptionally balanced and an exemplar of this style of wine. Delicate but present tannins wrap notes of citrus, copper, jasmine, and roasted apple and pear.
