Today they hold 11 hectares and the focus is on Timorasso, of which they have the oldest known plantings in the world. A foundational member of the 'Derthona' group, in 2024 they've balanced the energy of the vintage with the textbook intrigue of this high-level white grape variety. From clay-limestone vineyards, aged with extended lees contact, this offers a Savennieres meets Alsace Riesling profile with enduring phenolic grip and evocative petrol aromas. With pineapple, thyme, quince, lemon zest and chamomile - a white wine that should cellar nobley, but its too tasty and characterful to wait!
