Vin Chicago: 92 Points
(5/2025) Fresh and enticing aromas and flavors of stone fruit and citrus pair wonderfully with a hint of white peppery spice. Fermented and rested in stainless steel tanks before bottling, this clean and crisp white offers a bit more weight and texture than you may be expecting due to a short period of contact with the skins during fermentation. The wine has a full mouthfeel and lingers on the palate with a long, mineral driven finish. Serve with any seafood meals, chicken or an assorted cheese plate.
