(11/21/2025) This is a collaboration between Willamette Valley producer Martin Woods and perhaps America's most famous pizza chef, Chris Bianco of Pizzeria Bianco. A wine that was designed to be perfect with pizza it is juicy and fruit driven but still shows hints of spice and minerality. In the words of winemaker Evan Martin "a wine that's delicious with tomato sauce was really the goal." It spent 18 months in French oak, it is a blend of 40% Cabernet Franc from the Rocks District of Walla Walla, 30% Gamay from the Tualatin Estate in the Willamette Valley and a small little known vineyard Engedi delivers the 30% Pinot Noir. Drinking Window: 2025 - 2033.
