(8/2026) At once supple and incisive, this pale-colored white wine has only now come into form and stays fresh for days. Too often serious Chardonnay like this are drank too young - a full-bodied barrel fermented red is not expected to be consumed immediately - and similarly-built whites are no exception. The Metzker family crafted just 230 cases of this wine from two vineyards: Black Knight and Lone Oak.
