Winemaker's Notes

A fresh, savoury flavour combines with hints of wild flowers and ripe fruit. A wine with a contrasting soul: serious and light-hearted. From the southern-exposed San Gallo vineyard with calcareous soil with iron and aluminum. Hand-harvested grapes, 95% Glera with some old indigenous varieties. Charmat method in autoclave, finished with 2.5g/l of RS in this dry sparkling white. Fresh and sapid flavours combine with wild flowers and ripe friut aromas.
