It splashes across the palate with a wave of silken bubbles offset by saline minerals and tart orchard fruits. A spike of acidity adds lovely balance. The 2023 leaves a tinge of sweet spice contrasted by sour citrus, tapering off with wonderful length and freshness. Drinking Window: 2024 - 2027.
