What Critics Think
Decanter : 94 Points
(2/4/2026) This is the Double L estate with five clones of Pinot Noir from the warmer 2022 vintage. On the nose, a dark tone of crushed stone and earth with wild savoury herbals, and dark bramble fruits. There's an elegance across the palate, forest floor, chaparral, a note of savagery that accents the dark berries and mineral freshness, all coming together wonderfully. Drinking Window: 2026 - 2034.

(4/11/2025) Made from a selection of several clones grown on the estate, the 2022 Pinot Noir Double L is a rich, full-bodied wine with dark cherry and clove at its core, the texture velvety smooth. More time in oak (11 months) with more of it new (41%) give it a luxurious edge of decadence supported by a lengthy finish. Enjoy best 2026-2032.

(10/1/2026) A darker hue in the glass, this bottling offers black plum, cardamom and iodine aromas on the nose. The palate is full yet soft in texture, with flavors of scarlet roses and subdued pomegranate.
