Importer's Notes

Founded by Bertrand de Villaine (Co-President of DRC) and Thomas Savre (Lingua Franca), the Ostia Tempore wines are intended to be generous and immediately expressive. The Chardonnay was hand-harvested on September 28, 2025, then pressed whole cluster and left to rest for 24 hours. The wine is fermented and aged in large oak barrels for 9 months prior to 1 month of tank settling before bottling.
