This tiny production cider from Patois Cider in Virginia is 100% Albemarle Pippin apples. Also known as Newtown Pippin, this is one of America's oldest heirloom apple varieties and was a favorite of Thomas Jefferson! The apples give this cider more of a light fruit cocktail note, with some volatile acidity and a hint of French cider funk.
