(12/15/2025) The NV Champagne Grand Cru Face Nord Brut displays a bright straw yellow color and is composed of 90% Pinot Noir and the rest Chardonnay, with 75% from 2022 and the remaining from reserve wine dating back to 2000. It’s aged 80% in stainless steel and 20% in a barrel. This very pretty wine has floral notes of ripe raspberries, a floral perfume, and cherry flavors that shine on the palate. It's medium-bodied but packed with focused intensity. Compact and sharp, it’s intense but not overwhelming. It features an approachable fruity core that lingers long on the palate, complemented by a lively mousse. Disgorged in January 2025, it has a dosage of 5 grams per liter.
